Tencarva Machinery Company, Saladin’s parent company, has acquired WWaterTech Services, Inc., a representative of water and wastewater equipment manufacturers serving Texas and Oklahoma.
The acquisition announcement is dated April 22, 2026. Tencarva published the update on its website on May 21, 2026.
A larger municipal presence in the region
Founded in 2006 and based in Waller, Texas, WWaterTech works with engineers, municipalities, water districts, contractors, and facility owners. Its addition broadens Tencarva’s municipal equipment offering in Texas and Oklahoma.
Tencarva’s announcement states that Wes Holt will lead the business as branch manager, with Steve Holt gradually moving into an advisory role.
