On February 17, 2026, Tencarva Machinery Company announced its acquisition of Hoffman-Kane Distributors, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based provider of industrial fluid handling and sealing equipment.
Technical experience across the Tencarva family
Hoffman-Kane serves Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and West Virginia. Its work includes pumps, seals, gaskets, equipment repair, and custom fabrication.
According to Tencarva’s announcement, Hoffman-Kane will continue under its existing name, with Tim Kane, Will Kane, and the broader team remaining in place. The acquisition also expands Tencarva’s relationships with John Crane and ITT Goulds in Hoffman-Kane’s region.
