Management

The President & General Manager, John, Jr. has been with Saladin Pump & Equipment since 1993. He started in Inside Sales for three years, and then moved outside for six years and into General Management in 2002 while retaining some Outside Sales responsibilities. Prior to joining Saladin Pump & Equipment, John, Jr. spent three years in banking as a Credit Analyst and Commercial Loan Officer. John Saladin, Jr. graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 1989 with a finance degree.

	John Saladin, Jr., President & General Manager	The President & General Manager, John, Jr. has been with Saladin Pump & Equipment since 1993. 	The Vice President and Senior Consultant, John, Sr. has been with Saladin Pump & Equipment since its inception. John worked for Goulds Pumps, our largest vendor, from 1966 to 1982 in various capacities in field sales in the Baton Rouge and Houston offices; his last position was Southwest Regional Sales Manager. After three years as Vice-President of Sales & Service for Flexibox, Inc., John founded Saladin Pump & Equipment in January of 1986. John has over 35 years experience in the pump industry, as well as a 1962 degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. John is active in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Beaumont Rotary Club, and several LSU Alumni groups. 	Tim Weber, Sales Manager	As Sales Manager, Tim is an original employee of Saladin Pump & Equipment. Tim is our most senior sales representative, and he is proud to be an integral part of determining the direction of the company. Tim's knowledge of the territory and "can-do" attitude has made him extremely valuable to the company and our customers. Prior to joining Saladin Pump, Tim worked for five years for Goulds Pump's Beaumont branch, progressing from District Engineer to Parts Salesman and eventually Pump Salesman. Tim Weber graduated from Lamar University in 1978.
	The Operations Manager, Larry has over 30 years of experience in the pump business. Larry worked for our major supplier, Goulds Pumps, for 20 years, 16 of which were at their Lubbock manufacturing facility handling Contract Administration and 4 years in Houston managing their Master Distribution Center. He has been employed at Saladin Pump & Equipment since July of 1991. He is active in "Leadership Beaumont", which is run by the Chamber of Commerce and promotes community involvement and problem solving. Larry Gallimore graduated from Texas Tech University in 1970.
